Clay, I recently began to look for lake property on Clarks Hill to eventually build a house on. I talked with several developers and agents and went with Clay Turner at Turner Realty. We considered purchasing property on Strom Thurmond Lake for almost two years. We worked with Dale for about the last year of our search. I decided to sell my beautiful lot at Savannah Bay because I eventually plan to move back to Texas and it would be too far away to visit regularly. It is on the deep water side and has a new dock. There are many real estate agents in the area and I did not know any of them. Based on a recommendation by a friend who knows everyone in the area (Bernie Hamby), I chose Turner Realty. I worked with Dale and listened to his advise. He successfully sold my lot a couple of days ago and negotiated a deal I was happy with. It also sold much sooner than I expected, given the economy.
