Clay Turner

Clay Turner has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. He attended Augusta State University and has completed numerous Real Estate training and educational courses over the years. He earned his ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation through REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council), a designation that can only be obtained through a combination of classroom education and real world experience.

Clay is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, the Beaufort Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and is an active member of REBAC. He is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina.

Clay is experienced in all aspects of real estate from land and lot sales to residential as well as resort, vacation and commercial real estate.

In his spare time Clay enjoys most all outdoor activities including golf, camping, hunting and fishing. Clay enjoys traveling and has fished waters all along the Eastern Seaboard from Canada to the Gulf Stream.

Dale Turner

Dale is an Augusta, Ga., native who excelled in sports as well as academics in high school. He received a football scholarship, but an injury forced him to return to Augusta where he enrolled at Augusta State University and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. After graduation, he went into the home repair and maintenance business.

Dale has been involved in hundreds of building projects and has negotiated literally thousands of contracts. He is currently developing an island in Beaufort for vacation homes. The development at St. Helena Sound features beautiful lots of with sweeping vistas of your own salt water pond and across the inlet to Edisto Island.

Dale firmly believes in the concept of living where he works and plays. He has built a home at beautiful Clarks Hill on the Georgia-South Carolina border and has spent his leisure time over the years becoming an expert at fishing this sprawling lake. He has been featured in several articles in Georgia Sportsmen & Georgia Outdoors about his Clarks Hill fishing prowess. Dale has fished from the Outer Banks of North Carolina to Key West and around the Gulf all the way to Mexico. He has caught everything from 500 pound Bluefin to shellcrackers. He has captained a fishing boat where he has travelled the Gulf Stream ... but his favorite places to fish are close to home: Clarks Hill and Beaufort, SC.

Having lived in Augusta all his life, Dale has as much knowledge of the area as anyone. Having been in the home business for most of his life, Dale has a better-than-average understanding of quality construction and value.
